No yarn snobs here!
I love yarn.
I love beautiful soft high end yarns of cashmere, silk and Egyptian cotton. I also love funky, inexpensive acrylics and blends from craft stores.
When I started weaving, I wanted to use my yarn stash and I was discouraged. "You can't weave with acrylic. It's too stretchy to use as warp. It looks like crap."
But I had ALL THIS YARN! So I was determined to try using a variety of yarns on my rigid heddle loom.
I'll be sharing my adventures and experiments with you here!
